2人の少年がもめているところに、先生が教室に入ってきた。
先生: 何をもめているの？
少年: ぼくたち、10ドル札を見つけたんだけど、だれがそのお金をもらうべきかでもめていました。
やっと結論が出て、一番の大嘘つきにそのお金をあげることにしました。
先生: それは恥ずべきことです。
私があなたがたの年の頃には、嘘がどういうことかも知らなかったんですから。
少年たちは先生にそのお金をあげた。
Script
Two boys were arguing when the teacher entered the class room.
T: Why are you arguing?
B: We found a ten dollar bill and we were arguing about who should take the money.
And we finally decided to give it to whoever tells the biggest lie.
T: Oh, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
When I was your age I didn't even know what a lie was.
The boys gave the money to the teacher.
