女性: かしこまりました、ご注文確認させていただきます。
えっと…豚肉そば、鳥肉そば、卵そば、カレーそば、
それに天ぷらそばですね。
待てども待てども、注文したそばが来ないので、
彼はまた女性の給仕を呼んだ。
男性: すみません。
注文したそばをずっと待っているのですが。
私の注文はどうなりました？
女性: えっ！
ご友人の方を待っていたんですが、全部おひとりで召し上がるんですか？

At a Soba restaurant
A man went into a soba restaurant.
He was extremely hungry.
M: Excuse me.
I would like one pork noodle, and one chicken noodle,and one egg noodle, and one curry noodle
and one tempura noodle.
W: Ok, so let me confirm your orders.
So...you would like one pork noodle, and one chicken noodle, one egg noodle, and one curry noodle
and one tempura noodle.
He waited for a long time. But his orders never came.
And he waved the waitress again.
M: Excuse me. I've been waiting for my orders for a long time.
What happened to my orders?
W: Oh, I was just waiting for your friends. Are you going to eat them all by yourself?

order 注文する(動詞）名詞でも使えますが、名詞の場合、注文という意味と、注文品という意味があります。
明治時代に活躍したイギリス人落語家、快楽亭ブラックの「そば屋の笑い」という話をベースにしてこしらえたジョークです。
