客室乗務員： すみません。機内に病人が出ております。お客さまの中で、お医者様はいらっしゃいますか？
一人、医者がいて、彼は患者を見に行った。
数分後、客室乗務員がまたやってきて、乗客に尋ねた。
客室乗務員： すみません。お客さまの中で、パイロットはいらっしゃいますか？

A cabin attendant asked the passengers.
CA: There are some sick people in the plane. Is there a doctor among the passengers?
There was a doctor and he went to see the patients.
After a few minutes, the cabin attendant came again and asked the passengers.
CA: Excuse me, is there a pilot among the passengers?
